The maximum number of guests per room are indicated on the rooms page and are set by Arkansas State Code
We welcome children at the Inn. However, we DO CHARGE for children!
- Incoming Calls: The switchboard is open from 7am until 10 pm every day.
- Outgoing Calls: May be placed directly from your room at anytime.
We offer both Smoking & Non-Smoking Rooms. Please let us know your preferences when you make your reservations. Smoking is allowed only in designated Guestrooms and outside. The Family Suite is Non-Smoking Only. Please note, Arkansas State Code regulates smoking and non-smoking regulations for businesses.
Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen area of the Family Suite. Please, no cooking in Guestrooms.
Sorry....... NO PETS........ No Exceptions. Animals are strictly prohibited in any room. anyone taking an animal into a room will be asked to leave and will forfeit all rents paid. We are sorry to have to take such stringent measures regarding pets. However, we have this policy so that we may also accommodate our guests that are extremely allergic to animals. menu
Depending on the time of the year when you're staying with us, times noted for our Inn
and the surrounding area will be either Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Time.
- Front Desk and Lobby is open from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm
- Check-In Time -
You may check-in any time from 1:00 pm on. Early Check-In is available for an extra charge of $10.00, subject to room(s) availability.
- Check-Out Time: 10:00 am -
Office Check-out is not required, just leave your key in the room on departure.
- Late Check-out must be approved in advance by the management, just call our front desk to make arrangements. There is a $10.00 charge per hour or partial hour after 10:00 am.
Our desire is to provide you -- our guests -- with quality lodging at affordable rates in the heart
of the Ozark Mountains. We have developed the following policies and guidelines and ask that you
please be courteous and respectful of other guests by following them. These are designated in
order that all guests may feel comfortable and enjoy their stay with us. These are listed as follows:
- Quiet Time (Shhh . . . )
- Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am the next morning. Visitors after 10:00 pm are discouraged.
- Swimming Pool -
The pool is private and for registered guests only. Our beautiful outdoor pool is open daily from 10 am to 9 pm - June 1st to September 1st. The pool overlooks Crooked Creek Valley and the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Children under age 13, must be accompanied by an adult. Please, we ask that no glass containers be brought into the pool area.
- Skateboarding, roller-skating, roller-blading and bicycle riding are not allowed on the premises. menu
